Not only did the friendly staff retrieve my forgotten earphones promptly, but they also ensured a warm and inviting atmosphere with excellent heating throughout the hotel. the modern amenities such as the flat-screen TV and parquet floors added a touch of luxury to the well-appointed room. the convenient proximity to Pizzeria Lagostina and Restaurant Hermes made dining out a breeze. Makss truly sets the standard for exceptional hospitality in Vienna.
